She's Up All Night For Good Fun (Bali Part II)

H&M hat, H&M summer dress, Montego Bay Club sandals

Still about my Bali's trip, now it's time for a little bit traditional shopping. The famous market in Bali, Pasar Sukowati is a must place to visit for you who wants to buy anything related to Bali. From clothes to merchandise! Dare yourself to bargain with the seller because if you succeed, you will get more than a half price cheaper! Don't ask the price and pay right away because actually..you can have all the stuff that you want with a very tight budget, so be smart on bargaining with them.
Shopping is done, now it's time for visiting a temple. Another culture trip! I visited Tampak Siring at Gianyar Bali. As usually we should wearing sarong, I don't know why but I love this part.

This is also a beautiful place, I bet every tourist will love it. It's a Hindu temple or maybe you will also heard it as a Holy Water Temple. You could wash yourself with a traditional shower sourced from the springs at this temple. They said the water is to purify our self from the bad influence in life, also the shower is believed to eliminate all kind of disease and give us the whole new holy spirits. That's really interesting, isn't it?

Next stop is a traditional village called Penglipuran Village. This is the best place to learn about Bali's culture. It's a traditional countryside with the unique characteristic life and culture.

That's a very beautiful village anyway. If you want to learn about Balinese culture, you should visit this place and I'm sure you won't regret it. Some of the house also selling a traditional snack and drink, even though some of it are similar like in Jakarta, such as Klepon (traditional snack) but it taste totally different because they made it differently.

Okay, now it's time for the beach. My friends and I tried to get to the beach before the sunset. We're heading to Kuta beach but we're stuck in the traffic jam! And yes you could guess it already, we didn't make it on time.

Traditional shopping is done, cultural trip is done, beach is done. Now it's time for Bali night life! But no, I didn't go to a club though, even though there's a lot of famous club right there and a good one but now I choose to hang out at Kuta main street, Hard Rock Cafe Bali of course and visiting Bali Bombing Memorial.

Found two homeless dogs, they're so cute! what a pity

Make some new friends that night and they're tourist. It's always so fun to meet new people and glad they all enjoying Indonesia. We all just wondering around for the rest of the night until finally back to the hotel and save a little energy for another trip on the next day. Well, that's it for a while but I still have part III coming up. Would tell you all about one of the famous lake in Bali, Beratan Lake in Bedugul, Tanah Lot, Hanging out with an owl, Bali beach and more coming up soon!

The Great Escape To Bali

Bali is one of the paradise in Indonesia. That's the closest place to runaway for me to have a great escape. Best place to stay if we're tired with the big city. Last July I did a long trip around Indonesia and of course Bali is on my list, never gets bored with this place. My favorite thing of traveling is learning their culture, so this time I didn't go for shopping or wondering around the mall. I go to many temples, village, and a lot of cultural places. It's gonna be the part I of my trip, too many places in one post so let's start with 2 places, Uluwatu and Pandawa beach.

Forever 21 dress, Montego Bay Club sandals, Bali sarong

Spent a few hours at Uluwatu, being lost with my friends and felt like a tourist. Decided to wear one piece just so I could easily hang out on the beach later and don't have to worry that I would wet my short pants on the beach. As you know, if you visit a temple in Bali, you have to wear Sarong. But don't worry, they will provide it. I wasn't spending so much time in Uluwatu, just snap a few pictures and enjoying the view because Uluwatu have a very beautiful view! You will also find some monkeys play along right there, but be careful of your belongings because they could steal your phone or your hat. I saw a monkey running away with a fedora, seems like that monkey have a taste in fashion.

After I went to Uluwatu, I went to Pandawa beach where you could find the whitest sand and bluest water. This is my favorite beach, I could spent hours and hours in the water or just chillin on the beach or rent a boat, ain't it fun? Before we get there, you could also see a lot of huge statues of Pandawa characters from Mahabaratha story. The path to go to Pandawa beach also have a beautiful view. You will also see the Limestone cliff between the entrance. Fyi, in the past..this beach was hidden behind the hill and they called it Secret Beach. Glad they found this beautiful place so we all could enjoy it.

Are you thinking to go to Bali for your next holiday trip? Because you should!
See you on my part II post, there's more beautiful places coming up
