How To Find Happiness Before 2016

Floral Printed Shirt // Pull & Bear
Short Pants // Etienne Aigner
Sneakers // Guess

2015 is almost over! It's time to look back to the weirdest year ever. Why I said the weirdest year ever? Because every good and bad moment on 2015 always came to me like a lightning. Everything went so fast, every single good and bad moment came without knocking, they came like a zig zag hit me like a dart. But I feel grateful of everything that happened in 2015 because this year has taught me a lot of things and you should be grateful too!

By the end of the year, I started to reflect on the things that happened in 2015 and I know that 2016 would be a great year if you let yourself to have a great year. As a person with anxiety disorder, trying to be less over thinking is the hardest thing that I could do, but this year I feel like I need to see everything in a different perspective and I am really surprised with what I've got.

Friendship is everything
Nothing could beat my sorrow on June and that's when I know which one is my very best friend. You could have a lot of friends, but best friend is different. I'm grateful to have them in my life and when you surround yourself with positive people, your life would be so much better. Never let anyone drain your energy out of you by doing anything that makes you feel bad about yourself, your life, or anything. You deserve better!

Detox and Workout
I've been doing this a lot in 2015 and I think it's been a few months since the last time I did a Juice Cleanse, feels like I want to do it again before 2015 is over. The first benefit from detox is your health but I have my own thought with Juice Cleanse and anything like that. I want to clean all the toxic (any kind of toxic, including bad things that happened in my life) and it works really well, because it would make your body feel so much better. Beside Juice Cleanse, Cardio is also my favorite thing.

Spread Your Happiness
I rarely get mad, but when I do..It's gonna be a doomsday because usually I put my anger somewhere and one day I will blow up at the worst time. Being mad is exhausting! I lost my focus, my days are ruined, etc. That's when I start to put this in my mind: Whatever you decide to do, make sure it makes you happy. So yes, I start to make sure everything that I do will makes me happy and I kinda ignore what other people think as long as it's a positive things to do. I think everyone deserve to be happy, but are you ready to make yourself happy? Because sometimes you should do things that you never do before to be happy, get out from your comfort zone and find your happiness.

Start With A Blank Space
I read this quote somewhere and I can't remember where is it from but they said Don't get burnt by the same flame twice. New year is the best time to write your life in a blank space. You can't take back everything that happened to you in 2015 and you can choose not to look back and take it as a lesson. You can't forget things that happened to you though, but you can laugh about it one day. I don't hate the bad things that happened to me, because apparently it made me understand that I'm stronger than I thought, I know I have a very amazing best friends and a really great mother, I figured out that a psychopath is real and she might reading this blog right now (what?!? Oh hey.. hello there!), I know how to deal with my anxiety way much better than last year, and so many things that I can't explain one by one. Make a list and you know that you're more than ready for a new year.

Only 4 more days and you will say goodbye with 2015, make the best of it. End this year with happiness so it will leave you with a nice memories. Happy Holiday, everyone!

A few days before Christmas, my office held Instagenic Workshop - Christmas Lunch - Snowman Competition - Star Wars Night! We all learn how to take a great photo for Instagram, especially food. The good thing is we have to do so many shots for Instagram and after we finished, we could eat all of it. So, yes.. my tummy is full. On this event, I also had a chance to sing Last Christmas, Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas, Jingle Bells, and Perfect by One Direction and of course we all had too much laugh in a day, so it's hard to gave a serious performance when everything happened in here is making you laugh.

After all the good times, we are back to office to make a snowman from cups! It's harder than we thought, it tooks -/+ 3 and a half hours I guess to finished it. it was really fun even though my team didn't make it as a winner. Last but not least, we end our day at Blitz Megaplex and watched Star Wars The Force Awakens! I'm not a huge fan of Star Wars but apparently, this movie is really really great. I should mention that my friends and I pretty surprised to see Lupita Nyong'o on the credit title and the three of us didn't realize so we're in the what the hell moment, did we lost our attention? but then... yeah you know what happened, we figured it out.

Belated Birthday at GoGirl Passion Expo 2015

Ice cream Top // Cotton On
Shorts // Forever 21
Classy Bag // Saint Laurent
Platform Boots // H&M

I know this is a super late post but finally I turned 25. I'm really grateful that I have a crazy, wonderful, weird days on the first month of my new age. Anyway, I was celebrating my birthday with my best friend, Friska at GoGirl Passion Expo 2015. Apparently, we wore a same brand, I wore Ice Cream top from Cotton On and Friska wear legging from Cotton On. You would probably know this as one of Australian Brand and they often give a best deal, who doesn't love that?

Back to the event, first thing that we are looking for is Green Juice booth. We found a few tenant and we found a booth who could grab our attention. They have a cute toys on the bottle and they blend the juice right away, so it's really fresh and it taste delicious! Well, for me anything green taste good.

Last but not least, birthday isn't complete without a cake but cake is just too mainstream so let's change it to Sushi Cake. My wishlist is too long and the candle is already burning to the cucumber (fyi, they stick the candle to a cucumber) and after all, this month has been really nice to me even though there's also a bitter sweet days as always but I had a blast.

Happy Halloween! This is my favorite time of the year because I love spooky stuff and this is the best time to dress up. This year I become a witch! To be honest, I didn't prepare any costume because I did a last minute preparation but it's no big deal because my daily wardrobe are made for Halloween Parade. Pentagram tights is one of my favorite thing that I've got from Topshop, I think I've got it a year ago. And if traditional witch carrying a broomstick, I'm a witch carrying Balenciaga.

Beside all of the spooky stuff that I love from Halloween, I have other thing that I really love from Halloween: Halloween Dessert. I couldn't be more exciting with the restaurant who has Halloween menu. This year I tried RIP brownies cupcakes and it taste extremely delicious! I hope you all have a wonderful halloween and enjoy the day as much as I do.

What's your Halloween Costume this year?

Jakarta Fashion Week 2016: Day 1 Summary

It's time for Jakarta Fashion Week again! Always exciting if it comes to Fashion Week. So many great runway on the first day and as always I met a lot of wonderful people right there. Just like the previous year, Jakarta Fashion Week 2016 held at Senayan City, Jakarta. There are 2 venues, Fashion Tent and Fashion Atrium. On day 1, I spent a whole day at Fashion Tent and here's what happened on Day 1.

Black Outter // Body & Soul
Ribbed Halterneck // Topshop
Short Pants // Riotous
Platform Boots // H&M
Classic Bag // Saint Laurent

Decided to wear all black and turns out like a witch, well hey it's October anyway. Fashion Week is the best time to wear my favorite Platform Boots, because even though my platform boots heels is 13 inch, it's really comfortable. I could stand for a whole day and running back and forth with it. Plus, I get a little bit taller of course, so yay!

Sweet treats from The Harvest Cake and Magnum.

Great to see Tex Saverio again! Today he marks the official release of TXID. It's a secondary line by Saverio & Liu Inc. As you might know, the collection are masculine and dark, still with the laser cut materials and futuristic prints plus a lot of leather goods. To be honest, I want all of TXID collection for my birthday!

Sean & Sheila Collection

Lotuz Collection

Jakarta Fashion Week 2016 Day 1 is a wrap! That's the summary of my great weekend at fashion week. Really need to catch up with the following days but I can't get a day off from work, so let's see if I could make it to another day of JFW16.

7 Things To Do When You're Sick Before Fashion Week

Stripe Shirt // H&M
Black Pants // Topshop
Sneakers Wedges // H&M
Bag // Elle

Back to basic and comfy thingy. This stripe shirt is really comfy, I got it from H&M last week. Oh and by the way, that's my new hair, I took some pictures as soon as I leave my hairdresser because I love it. My hair is too straight so I love how my hairdresser could styling it.

It's been a hectic week so comfortable clothes and chopped my hair is definitely a right decision. I was hardly take a rest in the past few weeks and suddenly BOOM, I'm very ill. It's only a week until Jakarta Fashion Week and that means we all need to be as healthy as we could, right? Tonsillitis attack me for a few days, I can't barely talk and my throat feels like burning. And I should take 2 days off from my work which is sucks to stay in bed all day. Have you ever feel that way when you are sick? The only way you could do is to entertained yourself in bed. And here's a few things that you could do when you have to bed rest for a few days.

1. Green Tea, Honey, and Lime.
This is make me feel better! I'm a huge fan of tea so I can drink this for a whole day. It makes my throat a little better and it taste good.

2. Books
When I have to stay in bed, books would be a good company. If you find a good book, time will fly and you don't even realize you spent a whole day in bed just to read a book.

3. TV Series Marathon
This is what I do in the past few days. Thanks God all my favorite tv series are back with their new season just in time I need a movie marathon. So I spent my day to watch American Horror Story, The Walking Dead, The Big Bang Theory, Modern Family, Scream Queens, and My Crazy Ex-Girlfriend.

4. Soup Of The Day
Soup always makes you feel better when you're sick. My mom made me a veggie soup (because I'm a pescetarian) and that's really delicious! It's good to be at home for a while even though I hate that I'm sick.

5. Eat Banana
I heard if tonsillitis attack us, we could fight it with banana. It help a little bit I guess, because it wasn't too hard to eat when you're sick.

6.  Fall Asleep To Your Favorite Song
When you're sick, all you need is take a rest. D'oh..I can't believe I said this because when I still doing my work in bed when I'm sick, but don't do that if it's not that important (in my case, it's really important). Your favorite song could make you relax so you could take a rest. I've been repeating One Direction's new song, Infinity. God knows how much I addicted to that song!

7. A Fever You Can Sweat Out
When you have fever, you need to sweat a lot.. that's what they said. Stay inside your blanket and drink a lot of hot water. Because hot water could calm your soar throat and the steam will make you feel better.

So yeah.. that's what you could try when you feel bored and need to feel better for Fashion Week! I'm not helping you that much, right? LOL. But hopefully at least you have something to read (read: my blog) and get well soon for every person in this earth who feels sick just like me!

5 Fun Things To Do This October

Cats Sweater // Korean Brand
Short // Etienne Aigner
Sneakers // New Look
Purple Bag // Charles & Keith

I know it's the second week of October but it's not too late to make plans for this month! October is one of my favorite month because it's time for Halloween. I'm always a little bit exciting if it comes to spooky stuff and one of my favorite thing is to choose a Halloween costume. But there are tons of things that I want to do this October and maybe you could do it too to spark this month a little bit. Let's start with...........................................

1. Try a new look
You could try a new style for your wardrobe or maybe chop your hair a little bit, This time, I decide to chopped my hair (I'll show you the result on my next post). I love my long hair but it's been too long I haven't change it.

2. Read some new book
Inspire yourself! There are a bunch of books and  it could inspire your career life, love life, and everything. Every month is a good month to make a book list to read. By the end of the month it might surprise you of how all those books could inspired your life.

3. Catch up with TV Series
I know I'm not the only one whose really exciting about this month. The Walking Dead, The Flash and American Horror Story are back! Did you watch those series? Those are my favorite. The second season premiere of The Flash is getting me so emotional. Move to the first episode of American Horror Story: Hotel, it's pretty creepy and Lady Gaga is totally nailed it. And tomorrow is the new season of The Walking Dead, could I be any more exciting? YES!

4. Find a way to enjoy your daily activity
I live with a tight deadline, demanding client, and sometimes with a hectic situation. I love my job but of course daily activity could make you tired and bored sometimes. Try to wake up every morning with a nice breakfast, take a detour to work so you could always find something interesting that you wouldn't expect before, a cup of green tea before you start to work, and good music! That's the key to enjoy everything that you do.

5. Write down your happy moment at the end of the week
On Sunday, you could try to write every happy moment that happened to you from Monday - Sunday. It might surprise you because sometimes we didn't realize how much we felt happy with every little things that happened in our life. Be grateful and maybe next week you will get a better week.
