10 Favorite Looks From The 2015 Academy Awards

One of my favorite part from any kind of awards show is paying attention to the red carpet and see what are they wearing. Because that's where you could find celebrities with their most beautiful looks or even their worst looks (well hey, everyone could make a mistake with their dress). And today I found so many beautiful dresses on The 2015 Academy Awards. But first of all before I make a list about my favorite looks from the red carpet, I wanna say Congratulations for Big Hero 6 Team and of course Chris Williams for winning The Best Animated Film! Happy to see them won the awards because Big Hero 6 is one of the best animated movie and Baymax is such a cutie.
Okay back to the red carpet, here's my favorite looks from 2015 Academy Awards.

1. Emma Stone

Emma Stone dress is definitely my favorite even though there's a little accident with this dress when she accidentally flashes her nude underwear. But she looks extremely stunning with the lime backless dress by Elie Saab Haute Couture, Christian Loubutin Shoes, and Tiffany & Co jewelry.

2. Rita Ora

    Jason Merritt / Getty Images

Rita Ora looks classy with a Navy Strapless Marchesa Frock plus a gold embroidered trim at the top.

3. Dakota Johnson

    Jason Merritt / Getty Images

Everyone around the world can't stop talking about Dakota Johnson since she become Anastasia Steele in Fifty Shades Of Grey. And she's arrived beautifully in a bright red Saint Laurent gown and Forevermark Jewels.

4. Anna Kendrick

    Jason Merritt / Getty Images

What I love the most from Anna Kendrick is she's as tiny as myself but she always looks stunning with her outfit. And she looks gorgeous as always today in a custom Thakooon coral silk georgette and chiffon gown with a beautiful jeweled halter neckline.

5. Meryl Streep

Oh wow I love this outfit. One more awesome looks from Into The Woods star, Meryl Streep looks stunning in a chic belted Lanvin ensemble and statement earrings.

6. Tegan & Sara

It's impossible if I didn't put this twins on my list because I always like their style. They looks so awesome on the red carpet. And look at Tegan shoes, she's wearing Barbara Bui shoes.

7. Jennifer Lopez

    Jason Merritt / Getty Images

Jennifer Lopez wearing a plunging deep-V blush colored gown with a full skirt by Elie Saab. Stunning as always with a simple high ponytail. She's a kind of a women who doesn't have to try hard or put on too much make up to look gorgeous because she's always gorgeous even without any make up.

8. Jennifer Aniston

Another stunning moment from Jennifer Aniston. I mean look at that beautiful dress! Extremely wonderful. She's wearing a Versace dress and Leighton Jewelry.

9. Felicity Jones

The first time I saw Felicity Jones walk into the red carpet I was like Oh My God, that's extremely fabulous! Of course, that's from my favorite designer ever so my eyes are really into it. Yes, she's wearing a silver halter gown featuring an embellished bodice and full satin skirt by Alexander McQueen.

10. Sienna Miller

Black is rarely go wrong, isn't it? I love to wear black so much so I think this gown is stunning. Sienna Miller wearing a black gown by Oscar de la Renta.

iScream For Ice Cream

Ice cream is one of my favorite dessert ever, I bet most of the people around the globe agree with me. I love to try a lot of ice cream and I still remember when I was a kid my favorite ice cream is Baskin Robbins. The Mint flavour is still my favorite flavour. But nowadays, ice cream is getting more and more unique. They made it from nitrogen, they put it as a side dish, and they have their own way to serve the ice cream. So if you're an ice cream lovers, make sure you try 5 of my favorite ice cream in Jakarta.

1. Shirokuma

Shirokuma famous menu is Matcha Ice Cream. To be honest I'm not really into Matcha Ice Cream but when I taste this, I really love it. I think this is the best Matcha Ice Cream. They have a new special menu, this cute bear ice cream. Mix with Vanilla and Matcha Ice cream. When you order it, they even ask you if you want to order a male bear or a female bear. I choose the female one because she got a cute little flower on her head (which is more candy!). A little warning from me, as you could see the ice cream is bigger than the cone. You might be careful when you lick it because I was almost drop it and the ice cream landed safely on my hand. Thanks God I catch it and I asked the waitress to give me a cup for me to eat the rest of this ice cream.

2. Freeze

The famous Nitrogen Ice Cream. When you visit their booth at Pondok Indah Mall, you will feel like standing in a Laboratory. Cold smoke and the atmosphere of the booth is pretty cool. My favorite ice cream on their menu is Black & White. It's a Vanilla Ice Cream with oreo crumble plus a Nougat candy. Super delicious! What I like about Freeze is we could request less sugar for the ice cream so it doesn't taste too sweet.

3. Kelasi

Coconut Ice Cream under the coconut. I found Kelasi in so many Culinary event and their booth always have a very long queue. The taste of this ice cream is so light and so fresh, you could also add a lot of toppings such as orange, sticky rice, longan, nuts, and of course they also have coconut on the ice cream.

4. The Goods Dept.

The Goods Dept. have Ice Cream Sandwich on their menu. Cookies plus Ice Cream, could it get any better? And they're using Baskin Robbins Ice Cream which I told you that's my favorite ice cream when I was a kid. You could also choose a lot of Ice cream flavour and even added more toppings.

5. Island Creamery

It seems like a simple ice cream but actually the flavour isn't that simple. Island Creamery have a lot of unique flavours. My favorite one is Ferrero Rocher Ice Cream, yes the famous delicious chocolate! You could start to imagine how good does it taste when you mix it with an ice cream. One cup of ice cream is never enough. They also have a Dragon Fruit flavour. Love the taste because you rarely find this kind of flavour.

This Is How We Roll On Valentine's Day

Love is in the air for all the couple around the world. But what if you're still single? Let's call it a chocolate day! My friends and I always meet up on Valentine's Day, every year. It's like a ritual. We do a chocolate exchange, have a lunch and dinner together, Movie marathon, or maybe a karaoke. Don't know it's a curse or a bad luck but it turns out that all of us always being single on Valentine's Day or having a long distance relationship. So that's why we always together on Valentine's Day and yes, we're having so much fun! This year we have a sushi party for lunch, karaoke, and a simple dinner. It's not fancy but we're so loud (on laughing of course).

This year we made a lot of noise at BXchange Mall. And what we love the most from this place is obviously the park. Nice place to take a lot of pictures! And then we move to another place to karaoke. No serious singing though because we mostly make fun to a lot of songs. From I'm all about that bass until Fancy.

And after all, these are the chocolates that I've got this year from my friends and my mom. Even though we all single and if you read this and you're single, the most important thing is you're having fun today and eat a lof of chocolates! Being single is a choice so don't be sad to be single on Valentine's Day.

A Trip To Jakarta Culinary Passport

Last weekend, my friend and I visited Jakarta Culinary Passport at Grand Indonesia. We love food, so we're exciting for this event. Looking forward for lunch but apparently, the crowd is just too hectic. Not surprise at all because there's a lot of interesting tenant on this event, so we found a very long queue on every booth and most of the tenant are running out of food. At 7pm we could see a lot of "Sold Out" Sign on their booth. Wow! Seems like people are really enthusiast with any nice food in here.

I was planning to get an ice cream but the queue line is look like a train and when I move to another ice cream tenant, they already sold out. It makes my friend and I just go round and round from booth to booth. Until finally, we decide to stop by at Chickville Booth. Happy to see that they're selling crispy dory, because I'm a pescetarian. And guess what? I'm lucky enough to got the very last Cripsy Dory before they're sold out. Fyi it taste really good, I chose Pizza flavour and I like it. My friend order a Crispy Chicken and have to wait for 40 minutes because they receive so many orders and we decide to wait. While we're waiting, we're sitting on the chair near the entry and suddenly my friend poke me because there's 2 guys doing an attraction. Actually, I thought they're doing an attraction and my friend thought that they're doing a "Bro" thing meanwhile they're pushing each others and finally they're punching each others. OH, They're fighting!! Somebody tried to stop the fight and they finally ended the fight with a lot of curse. I don't know what they're fighting for but because this is a culinary event, they might fighting for food (what??). And we felt like we have a VIP sit to witness those things. After all, I wish I could taste more food from this event but we're kinda give up with the queue and at the moment our tummy couldn't receive more food. But we're really having fun, for sure.

How To Survive The Jinx Festival

Almost done with the first month of 2015. To be honest, this is not my favorite month because January turns out to be a jinx. So I'm pretty glad that January is almost over and I'm gonna focus on my resolutions. Have you ever watch "Alexander and The Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day" movie? I love that movie because my January could really relate to that movie. Yes we have those terrible day but so what? You have a chance to make your day better and even on your worst day, you could always find a very small things which could make you cheer up. That's why if life gives you a lemon, baked a lemon cupcake!

But how to survive from the terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day? This is my survival kit for January and I hope these could help you to survive with those kind of day.

1. Go Crying While Listening To Your Favorite Music Out Loud
I rarely cry, especially in front of anyone. But no matter how tough you are, it's okay to cry alone in your room because as soon you let it out, you will feel that actually your failure on your bad day is not that bad. And I'm sure music is the best way to make you feel better. Try listen to Drown by Bring Me The Horizon or Save Me by Avenged Sevenfold. Those songs always on my playlist and it always make me feel better.

2. Surfing on The Internet and Find Something Funny
This is totally work! Once you find a bunch of funny post, you will forget that you have a terrible day. I suggest you to see 9gag, Buzzfeed, and Tumblr.

3. Have A Coffee and Sweet Dessert Alone
Why alone? Because when you're mad or sad, that means world doesn't treat you right. And who's gonna treat you right is yourself. Go to a coffee shop or cafe alone and have your favorite drink and dessert.

4. Movie Time
You could go to a cinema alone and have a quality time because you're alone, nobody could piss you off even more and you could pick any movie plus the popcorn is all yours. Or you could watch your favorite tv series. Re-watch Friends series many times and I'm sure you will feel better

I could give you more and more advice but it would be too long. But I was thinking, do you ever think that your style is depend with your mood? I feel like yes, I dress up depending on my mood. If I'm in a bad mood, I just go out with a sweater, black jeans, and sneakers. And when I'm really in the good mood, I spend more time to choose what I would wear before I go out. I remember the first day on January, I tried to dress up and it turns out a little bit different than the way I usually dress up.
Match my crop top collection with a vintage maxi in bloody red color. It surprise myself because I like it.

Busy Weekend With Foxity Clothing

It seems like I've been on the writing hiatus and it's good to be back. There's a lot of things I want to share with you all in the past few weeks (or month?). Last month, my online store, Foxity Clothing pop up and got a booth to meet our lovely customers in person at Cecilia's Cafe, Kemang. When most of people in Jakarta are finished or even start to partying at DWP, my friend and I really busy with our work for a weekend. My mom also help us on the booth and that was fun.
As some of you might know that Foxity Clothing selling some stuff such as Handmade T-shirt (we paint it on the Tees), Handmade Totebag, Scrapbook Journal, Original Branded Clothes with affordable price, and we also a book retailer (Import Books & Magazine). We are usually selling our collection online from our Twitter and we will launch our fanpage next month, so it would be easier for you to see the collection and to shop, like the fanpage here (we're still in progress).

VNC heels & sandals, New Look shoes

And that's a wrap! Selfie or let's say wefie for the whole tenant before we pack our bags and go home.
Thank you for the people who stop by and shop in our booth. If you missed a chance to come, you could still have our collection by visiting our Twitter.

Anyway, I haven't talk about outfit for today! Because I know that day is gonna be a hot day and I'm sure hell is blow their fire to Jakarta because it's super hot. I chose to wear a top with sleeves to cover myself from the sunlight (yes, I'm not really into the sun but the sun when I'm on the beach is an exception) but this top isn't make me sweaty because the fabric is totally friendly. A mix it with a short pants because once again, yes the weather is hot but that doesn't stop me to wear dark colors. A fedora because I rest my hair for a crazy colors for a few week and I feel weird to see my own hair in a dark colors so let the fedora do his job. One last item is boots wedges, I love boots and I need to be a little bit more taller so this item is a must. And I'm glad I found nice spot to take some pictures at Cecilia's Cafe on the second floor. Photo taken by my best friend Friska.

Doraemon Stand By Me Premiere

First of all, this is a super late post. Been really busy with a lot of project lately. so sorry! So, a few weeks ago (Wednesday, December 3rd) I was invited by Kartu Pos Indonesia to Doraemon Stand By Me Premiere at Blitz Megaplex. Super stoked to see the movie because I'm a huge fan of Doraemon since I was a kid, I mean who doesn't? I know this movie would tear my heart apart because a few months ago I watched the trailer and it makes me cry like a baby. So I believe the movie would make me crying like a lunatic.

As an early Mother's Day present from me, I gave the other invitation for my mom because she also exciting for this movie. And yes, that's us goofy-ing with Doraemon mask. With a huge bucket of popcorn we enter the studio on 7pm, no expectation beside a great movie until the host tell us that they are inviting someone special and he's all the way from Japan. Who is he? And then Nobita appeared, the real Nobita and everyone was like whooooa. He looks sad because his friend couldn't come but a few minutes later...... Doraemon came in and everyone was like aaaaw!!! Doraemon looks super cute with his short leg, litterally die by their cuteness and Doraemon could blink his eyes. Couldn't take a perfect picture because the studio is too dark but here's the pic. And before the movie start it, the host took a photo while all the audience put Doraemon mask on their face, hilarious and fun.

Before I watch the movie I already prepare a box of tissue, in case I cried a lot. And I was right, I cried a lot..can't stop crying! Even a man beside me cried a lot. One thing for sure, when Doraemon have to leave Nobita, it was remind me of my cat. He passed away 11 months ago and trust me, it is really hurt to lost especially if you live with your pet for 13 years. Maybe that's why I can't stop crying when I watched the movie. After all, really love this movie because we could see a lot of scenes from the past (series and comic), how Nobita fight for his love, Shizuka, but the most incredible thing is the friendship between Doraemon and Nobita. Love the ending, to be honest I'm still crying until the credit titled appeared on the screen hahaha. Love the soundtrack too, Himawari No Yakusoku by Motohiro Hata.

Well, you still have a time to watch it on the theatre. Don't miss a chance! I came home with a lot of free Doraemon Merchandise. Great to be there at the premiere.
